WILLEMSTAD, 27 of May 2024 – Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) is pleased to announce the launch of a new online system for requesting medical records. Patients can now conveniently request copies of their medical records through our website by using a digital form.
This new system helps streamline the process and make it more accessible for patients. Instead of visiting the hospital in person, patients can now fill out the online request form and receive their records within 4 working days. Patients can choose to either pick up their medical records in person at Curaçao Medical Center or have them sent digitally via a secure email.
The new digital form ensures a quicker and more efficient process for both patients and hospital staff. Once the request is processed, patients will receive an email notification or phone call when their records are ready. To maintain the highest standards of security and confidentiality, records will solely be provided upon verification of the patient’s identification and/or the representative of the patient.
